To Change Default Power Management settings to your own settings that is to allway On:--

powercfg /change "Always On" /monitor-timeout-ac 30 /monitor-timeout-dc 30 /standby-timeout-ac 30
/standby-timeout-dc 0 /hibernate off
powercfg /setactive "Always On"
